Learn. Do. Grow. Repeat. The Blueprint for Success.

Here’s the deal. Growing a little business all by yourself is hard. Deciding to go against the tradition of getting up every day and working an 8-hour-or-more gig that you’re not in love with or that sucks the life out of you is hard. Trying to convince your friends and family that you haven’t lost your ever-loving mind by deciding to be your own boss is hard. Getting up every morning and working tirelessly (and often times, thanklessly) is hard. Downsizing your house and your car, delaying that big vacation, cutting out those fancy meals at nice restaurants, trimming back your beer, golf, shopping, movie-going, or (insert your entertainment diversion of choice) budget is hard. Having the discipline to sit at a desk in your house, get out and network with a purpose, manage all the paperwork and administrivia is !@^#$%* HARD!!

But…
(and you knew there was a ‘but’ coming, right?)

It’s also the most fulfilling, the most exhilarating, the most self-affirming thing you’ll probably ever do in your short lifetime. And that alone is worth all the ‘hard’ stuff. Because at the end of the day, if you’ve worked at something you believe in, if you’ve applied your talents and experience in a way that really benefits other people… all the hard stuff just doesn’t seem as hard anymore.

Especially, if you’ve got a blueprint for getting the so-called ‘hard stuff’ done.
